Polytope MX® is a rubber especially designed for rotary die cutting, and has high physical and chemical properties. Even die cutters can benefit greatly from being rubbered with Polytop MX®.

The material is extremely durable and has a low surface resistance. Both hardness and thickness is maintained at runtime, making Polytop MX® very durable for long production runs, and for many years of regular use.

Polytope MX® available in different hardnesses from Shore A15 to A60. This allows optimal functional surface and results in a smooth punching process, as well as significant reduction of dust. Each hardness is identified by its own color, because the material can easily be determined and controlled.

Polytop MX® dense surface layer prevents the material absorbs ink.
